Why Counseling?

There are times in everyone's lives when counseling can play an important role in working through life's challenges. 

At times we are faced with circumstances which can be overwhelming or paralyzing. During these times counseling can benefit individuals, couples or families as they work to clarify the issues and create a road map towards healing.  The relationship between client and therapist is the most important element in successful therapy. 

Therapy is a process where you are safe to explore your values, dreams and realities, learning to create a balance so that you can work towards achieving your goals.

I offer a free 15 minute session, so we can see if we are a good a match for working towards your goals.  If we are not a good fit I will provide you with resources and references for other therapists.

Sessions are 50 minutes.
